Som Datt Finance Corporation has informed that it enclosed the postal ballot notice dated 25th November, 2025 for seeking approval of the shareholders of the Company for change of the name of the Company, from ‘Som Datt Finance Corporation Limited’ to ‘Crescentis Capital Limited’ and approve the SDFL ESOS Scheme 2025 for eligible employees of the Company.
