Bigbloc Construction has informed that the respective Boards of Starbigbloc Building Material Limited (Transferor Company) and Bigbloc Building Elements Private Limited (Transferee Companies) have granted approval at their meetings held today i.e. on 26th November, 2025 for initiation of merger, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals. The appointed date of the merger is 1st April, 2025.
