Pursuant to Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Quint Digital has informed that it enclosed copies of newspaper advertisement, published on November 26, 2025, in the columns of English daily ‘Financial Express’, all editions, and Hindi daily ‘Jansatta’, Delhi edition, re-informing the Members about opening of the special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSDPoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 2, 2025. This intimation will also be hosted on the website of the Company i.e. www.quintdigital.in.
