Granules India has informed that Granules Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Wholly Owned foreign subsidiary of the Company, has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS), namely ‘Granules Pharmaceuticals Canada, Inc.’ in Canada on November 26, 2025. In terms of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 on Disclosure of material events/information, we are furnishing herewith the details in the enclosed Annexure.
