Tusaldah has informed that CSE vide its Notice No. CSE/LD/DL/17024/2025 dated 26th November, 2025 has granted Voluntary Delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from CSE with effect from 27th November, 2025. Accordingly, the Company stands Delisted from the official list of CSE with effect from 27th November, 2025. The Shares of the Company will continue to remain listed on the BSE.
