Indo Tech Transformers soars on bagging order worth Rs 91.26 crore

All 11 transformers are to be delivered between August 2026 to October 2026

Indo Tech Transformers is currently trading at Rs. 1740.00, up by 43.55 points or 2.57% from its previous closing of Rs. 1696.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1742.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1758.80 and Rs. 1715.00 respectively. So far 783 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 3792.90 on 09-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1540.00 on 07-Aug-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1758.80 and Rs. 1662.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1840.61 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.77% and 24.23% respectively.

Indo Tech Transformers has received purchase order worth Rs 91.26 crore (plus applicable taxes) from Four EF Constructions. The order is for the supply of 11 number of transformers which includes, 3 Nos. 112/160 MVA transformers, 6 Nos. 87.5/125 MVA transformers and 2 Nos. 70/100 MVA transformers. All 11 transformers are to be delivered between August 2026 to October 2026.

Indo Tech Transformers is engaged in the business of manufacturing power and distribution transformers and various special application transformers, mobile sub-station transformers and sub-stations.
