Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Listing Regulations’), Bajaj Healthcare has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, through a resolution passed by circulation on November 27, 2025, has considered and approved the appointment of Shreekumar Shankarnarayan Nair as Chief Operating Officer (‘COO’), Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from November 27, 2025. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 are given in Annexure A.
