In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), IRIS Business Services has informed that Vinod Agarwala (DIN: 01725158) has completed his second term as an Independent Director of the Company on November 26, 2025, and accordingly, his tenure has come to an end. Accordingly, he has ceased to be the Chairman of the Board and a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Management of the Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable guidance and contributions of Vinod Agarwala during his tenure as Chairman of the Board and Independent Director.
