Zuari Industries informs about newspaper publication
Zuari Industries has enclosed copies of the newspaper publications of the Notice informing shareholders about the Special Window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of physical shares that were originally lodged prior to the deadline of 1 April 2019 and rejected/ returned due to deficiency in the documents and also missed the extended deadline of 31 March 2021. The notice was published in the Business Standard (All India editions, English) and Lokmat (Goa edition, Marathi) on 2 December 2025.
