Aurum PropTech’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Helloworld Technologies India has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, namely, Helloworld Living (HWLPL). The objective of incorporation is to deepen the company’s existing PropTech ecosystem.
Earlier, the company had received approval for the acquisition of up to 8.2% equity stake in K2V2 Technologies (K2V2) for an amount not exceeding Rs 6.33 crore through a Share Purchase Agreement entered between K2V2 Technologies, Ketan Sabnis, Vinayak Katkar and Aurum PropTech.
