The delay has occurred due to non-finalization of accounts of our subsidiary company within the stipulated time. The reason for the delay had already been communicated in the Board Meeting postponement intimation letter dated November 16, 2025. The Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 were duly filed on November 19, 2025.
