Titan Company informs about redemption of commercial paper
In terms of the SEBI Operational Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021, regarding issue and listing of Non-convertible Securities, Securitised Debt Instruments, Security Receipts, Municipal Debt Securities and Commercial Paper, Titan Company has informed that it has fully redeemed the Commercial Papers (CPs) of ₹ 1500 crore bearing ISIN- INE280A14492 issued on September 12 2025. The maturity proceeds of the CPs have been duly paid to all the holders today.
