Minda Corporation informs about ESG Ratings
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Minda Corporation has informed that SES ESG Research (SES ESG) vide its email dated December 9, 2025, has assigned an ESG rating of “68.4” for FY 2025 as against the rating of “66.6” provided in FY 2024. This rating reflects the Company’s performance on Environmental, Social and Governance parameters as assessed by the rating agency. Minda Corporation hereby clarify that the Company has not engaged SES ESG for any such rating or report and the ESG report is independently prepared by them based on information available in the public domain.
