RBL Bank informs about closure of trading window
In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in accordance with the ‘RBL Trading Code’, RBL Bank has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Designated Persons (including Directors) and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, December 24, 2025 up to 48 hours after the declaration and announcement of unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025. This intimation is also being uploaded on the Bank’s website at https://www.rbl.bank.in/.
