In terms of the SEBI Operational Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021, read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/PoD1/P/CIR/2024/54 dated on May 22, 2024, each as amended from time to time, the company has enclosed the details regarding issue and listing of Non-Convertible Securities, Securitised Debt Instruments, Security Receipts, Municipal Debt Securities and Commercial Paper.
