Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Arisinfra Solutions has informed that the Company has secured an asphalt order valued at approximately ₹35 crore through its subsidiary, Buildmex-Infra. The details required to be provided as per Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are annexed as Annexure-A.
