Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) Angel One has informed that the company has been awarded the ISO 22301:2019 Certification for its Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) by Intertek Certification on December 22, 2025. The Certification for Business Continuity Management System is valid from December 19, 2025 to December 18, 2028.
