Pennar Industries informs about closure of trading window
Pennar Industries has informed that in terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated persons & their immediate relatives will be closed from 1st January, 2026 and shall end 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2025.
