Leela Palaces Hotels trades higher on incorporating wholly owned subsidiary

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has issued the Certificate of Incorporation on December 22, 2025

Leela Palaces Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 415.70, up by 1.95 points or 0.47% from its previous closing of Rs. 413.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 410.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 417.10 and Rs. 410.55 respectively. So far 3786 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 475.00 on 14-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 381.05 on 11-Dec-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 421.30 and Rs. 406.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13869.27 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.91%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.58% and 4.51% respectively.

Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, ‘Leela Opulence Hotels’. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has issued the Certificate of Incorporation on December 22, 2025. The main object of the company to incorporate subsidiary is to own, operate, manage and develop luxury hotels and resorts under ‘The Leela’ brand.
