In continuation to its letter dated November 25,2025 regarding entrustment of Additional charge of post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) to Nazhat J. Shaikh (DIN: 07348075), Director (Finance) of the Company, according she has assumed charge of CMD of the Company with effect from 1st January, 2026 (FN). Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers has informed that, S C Mudgerikar [DIN: 03498837] has superannuated from services of the Company on December 31, 2025 (closure of business hours) and accordingly has ceased to be Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with effect from 1st January, 2026. The details with respect to the above appointment of Director of Company as prescribed under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIRl2023/123 dated July 13,2023, is enclosed as Annexure 1.
