Jyoti Resins & Adhesives has informed that Trading Window for purchasing / selling or dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company, will remain closed for all Insiders, Directors, Promoters and Designated Persons of the Company from Thursday, 1st January, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2025 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter. The date of Board Meeting for approval of the Financial Results for the 3rd Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2025, will be announced in due course.
