Ashok Leyland has informed that N. Saravanan, President & CTO, shall now focus on formulating and driving its strategic product and technology roadmap and partnerships; Alfred Nixon Mendez, will take over as Head of Product Development with immediate effect, January 2, 2026. Both N. Saravanan and Nixon shall report to MD & CEO. The disclosure as required under the Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD‐ PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure - A.
