Elecon Engineering Company informs about disclosure
In continuation of the intimation given by the Company on 26th March, 2025; Elecon Engineering Company has informed that the Company has received a favourable order from Office of the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax (Appeal), Vadodara, approving the appeal application made against the order passed by State Tax Officer, Mobile Squad Dahod, Division–5, Vadodara for the matter pertaining to detaining of the transport vehicle as the transporter has failed to produce the prescribed document(s) under Section 129 of the CGST Act. The brief details of abovementioned litigation as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 is provided in Annexure-I.
