Camlin Fine Sciences informs about clarification
With reference to email dated January 8, 2026, Camlin Fine Sciences has informed that the Company has intimated to stock exchanges from time to time all the events, information etc. as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 that may be having a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company. They further noted that, since the equity shares of the Company are freely traded on the Stock Exchanges, the Company will not be in a position to comment on the movement in the price/ volume of the Equity Shares of the Company.
