Power Mech Projects, Tata Motors and Bharat Electronics to see some action today

Saatvik Green Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Saatvik Cleantech EPC has accepted an order aggregating to Rs 20.84 crore

Power Mech Projects’ (PMPL) wholly owned subsidiary -- PM Green as a lead member has secured a contract for 1 GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) from West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company (WBSEDCL). As part of PMPL renewable energy strategy, PM Green participated in the tender from the Department of Power (DoP), Government of West Bengal, and has been awarded the contract for setting up a 250 MW / 1,000 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The project has been structured as a Build, Own, Operate (BOO) model, with a 100% off-take guarantee from WBSEDCL. 

Tata Motors’ wholly owned subsidiary -- TML Smart City Mobility Solutions (TSCMSL) has invested an amount of Rs 3.51 lakh in Traveltime E-Mobility Chennai (TECPL) constituting 26% in the paid up share capital in TECPL. Hence, pursuant to said investment, TECPL became an Associate of the Company. 

Bharat Electronics (BEL) has secured additional orders worth Rs 596 crore. Major orders received include drone detection and jamming system, mobile communication terminal, software solution, upgrades, spares, services etc.

Power Grid Corporation of India (POWERGRID) has been declared as successful bidder under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding to establish Inter-State Transmission System for the project namely Transmission system strengthening for integration of additional RE potential at Davanagere (0.25 GW) and Bellary (2.75 GW) on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis.

Saatvik Green Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Saatvik Cleantech EPC has received and accepted an order aggregating to Rs 20.84 crore from renowned Solar Developer for Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Testing Commissioning of solar project (Turnkey EPC Project).

Zodiac-JRD-MKJ’s subsidiary -- VEM Plastic Molding has received two Purchase Orders valued at around Rs 10 crore. One is for Manufacturing Plastic Panels for P-2 scooter from YATRI and the second one is to supply plastic parts for the Tata Sierra and other Tata SUVs through Tata Motors’ OEM supplier Magna. The Magna PO is a three year contract which will generate Rs 3 crore in annual revenue for the company. 

A B Infrabuild has received letter of acceptance worth Rs 54.26 crore for a new project - Construction of Road Over Bridge (Rob) 1x36.0 mtr. Composite girder + 2x24.0 mtr. Composite Girder +4x18.75 mtr. T-Beam Girder at Km 657/29-31 in Lieu of LC No-354 in between baruva (Bav) - Mandasa Road (Mms) Railway Station on HWH-VSKP Main Line under Khurdha Road Division.
