Physical Rubber prices extended gains on Wednesday amid strong industrial demand globally, while supply concerns following warnings of heavy thunderstorms in Thailand also supported rubber prices’ upward move. Investors are awaiting key US jobs data this week for insights into the Federal Reserve’s policy direction.
Spot prices for the RSS-4 variety rose to Rs 187/kg to its previous closing of Rs 186.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety gained to Rs 182.50/kg to its previous closing of Rs 182/ kg.
