Sri Lotus Developers rises on entering into GIFT City Area with ultra luxury project

Sri Lotus Developers and Realty is currently trading at Rs. 169.95, up by 1.35 points or 0.80% from its previous closing of Rs. 168.60 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 171.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 178.70 and Rs. 168.50 respectively. So far 106277 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 218.50 on 11-Aug-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 150.60 on 18-Dec-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 178.70 and Rs. 158.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 8327.85 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 81.86%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.58% and 12.56% respectively.
Sri Lotus Developers & Realty has expanded into the GIFT City Area, Gandhinagar through a development agreement (DA) with Abhishek Bachchan. The project will have a built-up area of over 1 million sq. ft.
The company has made a strategic entry into the GIFT City Area, Gandhinagar with an ultra-luxury, mixed-use development on freehold land, marking Lotus’ first project in Gujarat and a key milestone in its growth journey beyond its core Mumbai market. The project will be undertaken through subsidiary of the company ‘Rise Root Projects’ which entered into a Development Agreement with Shri Abhishek Bachchan having profit sharing arrangement, enabling the company to leverage its core strengths in design, planning, development, and execution. This asset-light approach is expected to enhance capital efficiency while allowing Lotus to scale its presence in a high-potential, emerging real estate market.
