Responsive Industries has informed that Bhavneet Singh Chadha, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company has tendered his resignation due to personal reasons. The Company places on record its deep sense of appreciation for the services rendered by Bhavneet Singh Chadha and for his contribution during his tenure as the CFO. The Company is in the process of appointing a suitable candidate for the position of CFO & KMP. The same will be intimated to the stock exchanges in due course, in accordance with applicable regulations. A detailed disclosure in adherence to Regulation 30 read with the SEBI master circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure-1. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Bhavneet Singh Chadha that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those mentioned in his resignation letter, which is enclosed herewith as Annexure-2.
