Urban Company informs about incorporation of WOS
In furtherance to letter dated November 01, 2025, Urban Company has informed that Urban Home Experts, wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in the name of ‘Urban Essentials General Trading L.L.C.’ in United Arab Emirates on January 12, 2026 (step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company). The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure - I.
