Shilp Gravures has informed that the company conducted Postal Ballot process through Notice dated December 10, 2025 for seeking approval of Members by way of Special Resolution, to be passed through remote e-voting (‘E-voting’) for appointment of Jinal Hasmukhbhai Rupani (DIN: 11029766) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. It is hereby informed that the said resolution have been passed with requisite majority on January 12, 2026 (the last date of e-voting). Pursuant to Regulation 44 (3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, submitted details of the Voting Results along with the Scrutinizer’s Report. The voting results and the scrutinizer's report will also be made available on the website of the Company at www.shilpgravures.com
