Puravankara zooms on reporting 17% rise in Q3FY26 pre-sales

Customer collections for the quarter grew 22% YoY to Rs 1,140 crore, up from Rs 937 crore in Q3FY25

Puravankara is currently trading at Rs. 255.80, up by 25.65 points or 11.14% from its previous closing of Rs. 230.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 239.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 258.60 and Rs. 233.45 respectively. So far 760704 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 358.45 on 17-Jan-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 205.05 on 09-May-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 258.60 and Rs. 225.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6095.93 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 75.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 17.68% and 7.32% respectively.

Puravankara has reported pre-sales of Rs 1,414 crore in Q3FY26, up from Rs 1,209 crore in Q3FY25, marking a 17% year-on-year (YoY) growth. Customer collections for the quarter grew 22% YoY to Rs 1,140 crore, up from Rs 937 crore in Q3FY25. The average price realization improved 12% at Rs 9,500 per sq. ft. in Q3FY26, compared to Rs 8,452 per sq. ft. in Q3FY25.
