In terms of SEBI Listing Regulations, OneSource Specialty Pharma has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, January 23, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended December 31,2025, amongst other matters. Further, as per the provisions of the Company’s Code of Conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the Designated Persons of the Company, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, is closed from January 01, 2026 and shall open after 48 hours after the dissemination of the financial results by the Company.
