Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, Athena Constructions has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and immediate relatives with effect from Thursday, January 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2025 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all designated persons/ connected persons/ insiders, along with their immediate relatives, including but not limited to the persons specified in the Code of Conduct are advised not to trade in the Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
