UNO Minda has informed that the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee of the Board of Directors (Committee) of Uno Minda (the Company) in its meeting held today, Monday, January 19, 2026, has approved the investment by the Company and Uno Minda Kyoraku (UMKL), Subsidiary in the equity shares of Hexa Sunshine, a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), aggregating upto INR 6.50 crores i.e., INR 5.25 Crores by the Company and INR 1.25 Crores by UMKL, in one or more tranches, for sourcing power through wind and solar energy for their units situated in the state of Gujarat. Further, the detailed disclosure pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, as amended, is enclosed as Annexure-1. The Committee Meeting commenced at 10:30 AM and concluded at 11:00 AM. The aforesaid disclosures are also being made available on the website of the Company at www.unominda.com.
