With reference to Regulation 30(6) read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Regulations’) and in accordance with the said Regulations, Indian Hotels Company has informed that IHCL Global Conference Call will be held for presenting the results for Q3 of the Financial Year 2025-26 on, Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 7:00 pm IST. The presentation for the same will be uploaded on the website in due course. The participant dial - in details are mentioned in Annexure I.
