Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, BMW Ventures has informed that a typographical error was identified in the Press Release issued by the Company dated 6th Feb-26 in relation to the financial results for Q3 FY26. The company has clarified that the EBITDA for Q3 FY25 was inadvertently stated as 221.56 crore instead of the correct figure of 220.11 crore in the earlier press release. The aforesaid typographical error has now been duly rectified, and the corresponding EBITDA margin and growth figures for Q3 FY25 have been revised accordingly. A revised press release incorporating these corrections is enclosed. It has further clarified that there is no other change in the financial performance, operational highlights, or any other information previously disclosed. The revised Press Release will also be hosted on the Company’s website at www.bmwventures.com.
