Indian Toners & Developer informs about withdrawal of resignation of chief financial officer
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and in continuation to letter dated 07.01.2026 and 02.02.2026, regarding resignation of Surya Pratap Singh, from the position of CFO (KMP) of the company with effect from the close of business hours of 7th February, 2026, Indian Toners & Developer has informed that Surya Pratap Singh has withdrawn his resignation vide his letter dated 07.02.2026 (copy enclosed as Annexure II) and will be continuing as CFO (KMP) of the company without any break in his services. Details required pursuant to Schedule III under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/ CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 are enclosed as Annexure I.
