Orient Bell has informed that it enclosed copy of Notice issued to Shareholders by way of publication in the newspapers, Financial Express (English) and Jansatta (Hindi) on Friday, 20th February, 2026 with regard to opening of a special window for transfer and dematerialization of physical shares in accordance with SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/1/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
