Kwality Walls (India) has informed that the Board, at its meeting held today, 20th February 2026, has on recommendation of the Audit Committee, approved the appointment of S. N. ANANTHASUBRAMANIAN and Co. (SNACO), Practicing Company Secretaries (Firm Registration Number: P1991MH040400) as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the a term of five (5) consecutive financial years, commencing from the Financial Year 2025-26 till Financial Year 2029-30, subject to shareholder’s approval. Brief details of appointment of SNACO, as per Regulation 30, read with Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed as Annexure A.
