Container Corporation of India informs about additional charge of director
Container Corporation of India has informed that Ministry of Railways (MOR) vide its order no. 2021/E(O)II/ 40/29, dated 20.02.2026, has communicated that the Ministry has decided that, pending approval of the Competent Authority, the additional charge of the post of Director (Domestic Division), Container Corporation of India Lid.(CONCOR) may be entrusted Shri H.S. Bajwa, IRTS, ED(FM), Railway Board, in addition to his own, with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post on or after 01 .03.2026 and until further orders. As per the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the required procedure for the above appointment is being completed and necessary disclosures for the same will be filed with the Stock Exchanges within the stipulated time.
