Race Eco Chain gets nod to invest in proposed subsidiary company
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on February 20, 2026, has approved the same
Race Eco Chain has received approval for the proposal to invest in a proposed company to be incorporated under the name ‘Race Grassland’. The company has also planned to subscribe to 51% of the share capital of the said proposed company. Upon its incorporation, Race Grassland will become a subsidiary of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on February 20, 2026, has approved the same.
