Aditya Birla Capital gains on raising Rs 250 crore through NCDs

The NCDs are set to mature on March 6, 2028

Aditya Birla Capital is currently trading at Rs. 346.00, up by 0.90 points or 0.26% from its previous closing of Rs. 345.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 345.40 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 350.90 and Rs. 342.90 respectively. So far 134829 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 369.25 on 06-Jan-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 150.00 on 04-Mar-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 351.55 and Rs. 331.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 90411.06 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 68.58%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 19.82% and 10.91% respectively.

Aditya Birla Capital has raised Rs 250 crore through the allotment of 25,000 Secured, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 per Debenture on private placement basis, to identified investors on February 20, 2026. The NCDs are set to mature on March 6, 2028.
