Vikram Solar has informed that with reference to communication vide email dated 23rd February 2026, the Company has made all relevant disclosures to the stock exchanges in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) including Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations. Further, the Company is not aware of any reason and neither does it have any information or any impending announcement that may be considered for disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations that may have a bearing on the price or volume behaviour in its scrip. The Company has complied with and will continue to comply with all requirements under the SEBI LODR Regulations including making timely disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The Company continues to endeavour to maintain highest levels of corporate governance practices and disclosure standards.
