Span Divergent informs about disclosure
Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2025/25 dated February 25, 2025, Span Divergent has informed that the Company is extending a Corporate Guarantee in favour of HDFC Bank on behalf of Dryfruit Factory LLP, a Material Subsidiary of the Company, in connection with the credit facilities proposed to be availed by the said LLP, for an amount not exceeding Rs 5,00,00,000. The details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 are provided in Annexure -A enclosed.
