Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, United Foodbrands has informed that Barbeque Nation MENA Holding Limited, a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company domiciled in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, has incorporated a Limited Liability Company under the name ‘Barbeque Nation Restaurant W.L.L’ in Doha, Qatar. The incorporation was approved by the Department of Commercial Registration & Permits, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, State of Qatar, on February 24, 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid incorporation, Barbeque Nation Restaurant W.L.L has become a Step-Down Subsidiary (SDS) of the Company. Further, the details as required under Section V-A of Chapter V of the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 with respect to incorporation of Barbeque Nation Restaurant W.L.L is enclosed as Annexure-1.
