Onward Technologies informs about disclosure
In continuation to the Company’s earlier disclosure dated 14th August, 2025 & 30th January, 2026 made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR Regulations’), in relation to the ex-parte judgment dated 02 April 2025 (‘Judgement’), passed by the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois (‘U.S. Court’), in proceedings initiated by an exemployee of Onward Technologies, Inc. (‘OTI’), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, against OTI for alleged non - payment of certain wages (Case No. 2024CH00666), Onward Technologies has informed about an update in relation to the litigation matter. The details as required under SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed.
