RACL Geartech informs about press release
RACL Geartech has informed that it enclosed copy of newspaper advertisement published in the columns of English and Hindi newspapers editions on February 26, 2026, regarding share certificate(s), containing shares of face value of Rs 10 each of the Company, reported lost to the Company. In the absence of any claim/objection being lodged with the Company at its Registered office within 15 days from the date of the Public Notice, the Company shall issue an Entitlement Letter in lieu of the share certificates reported lost.
