Vardhman Textiles has informed that the Committee of Directors (ESOP Plan 2024) of the Company, at its meeting held on March 05, 2026, has allotted 44,500 Equity shares of face value Rs 2 each to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under ‘Vardhman Textiles Limited Employee Stock Option Plan, 2024’. These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects. The meeting commenced at 11:00 am and concluded at 11:30 am.
