Sammaan Capital raises Rs 280 crore through NCDs

The said NCDs are proposed to be listed on NSE and BSE

Sammaan Capital has raised Rs 280 crore through the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis. The company has allotted 12,500 secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debenture (Series I NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 125 crore. 

The company has also allotted 15,500 secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debenture (Series II NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 155 crore. The said NCDs are proposed to be listed on NSE and BSE.
