Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 (‘SEBI Master Circular’) as amended from time to time and its letter to BSE, Stock Exchange dated October 09, 2025, AccelerateBS India has informed that Accelerate Next Inc, Wholly-Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company has executed and completed the Acquisition Agreement with Beanstalk Web Solutions LLC to acquire 100% stake in the Beanstalk Web Solutions LLC, an Entity incorporated under the laws of United States of America, on March 06, 2026 (IST). Consequent to completion of the Acquisition on March 06, 2026 (IST), Beanstalk Web Solutions LLC has become a Step-down Subsidiary of the company. The above disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as an ‘Annexure A’.
